Directions

  • Creating the perfect homemade pizza is a delightful culinary adventure, and we’re here to guide you through the process with ease. Follow these simple steps for a delicious homemade pizza that will satisfy your cravings and impress your guests.
  • Step 1: Preparing the Dough
  • In a mixer, combine 250ml of warm water, yeast, psyllium, xanthan gum, honey, and olive oil. Mix lightly, then add 250g of flour and mix again.
  • Add another 250ml of warm water and mix once more.
  • Set the mixture aside to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  • In a separate medium bowl, mix 150g of flour and salt.
  • After the 20-minute rest, add half of the flour and salt mixture to the mixer. Mix for 1 minute on high speed. Then, add the remaining flour and salt and mix again on high speed.
  • Take a clean medium-sized bowl, brush olive oil on the sides, and transfer the dough into the bowl. Cover it with a dishcloth and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature. If it’s cold, you can place it near a warm oven.
  • Step 2: Chilling and Storing
  • Once the dough has rested for an hour, divide it into 4 equal parts. Wrap each part in cling film.
  • Place the wrapped dough portions in a container without stacking them. Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 24 hours for the best results.
  • Step 3: Assembling and Baking
  • The next day, preheat your oven to 230°C.
  • Dust your work surface with flour and use your fingers and palm to gently shape each piece of dough into a rough circle. Create raised edges around the crust for that perfect crusty texture.
  • Brush olive oil around the edges of the crust.
  • Pre-bake your dough until it turns lightly golden brown.
  • Now, add your preferred sauce and toppings to your pre-baked crust.
  • Bake until the crust is golden brown, and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  • And there you have it – a mouthwatering homemade pizza ready to be enjoyed. Get creative with your toppings, and savor the delicious results of your culinary masterpiece!
