  • 1 large 1 cucumber sliced

  • 1 1 garlic clove minced

  • 1 teaspoon 1 sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon 1 dark soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon 1 white soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons 2 sweet soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon 1 rice vinegar

  • 12 large 12 green beans trimmed, four mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon 1 toasted sesame seeds,

  • a pinch of salt (adjust carefully due to soy sauce) and cracked black pepper to taste.

  • 1/4 1/4 Tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
